MEET DAN AND AZIE

Dan and Azie have been serving the real estate needs of homebuyers and homesellers throughout Orange County, California for a combined 40 years. After having worked for a number of years for a large national real estate firm, they opened their own independent Brokerage so they could offer a greater variety of services to their clients. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of a home, they are also full service mortgage lenders. Dan and Azie are also affiliated with major National Tenant In Common (TIC) real estate sponsors for commercial property purchases as well as Estate Planning Services to offer a "one stop shop" for all your real estate, financial and estate planning needs. "The needs of our clients are better served by offering a variety of services...and as an independent company, clients have direct immediate access to the Broker and Agent" states Dan.

Dan and Azie operate South Coast Shores Realty and SCS Home Loans to serve home buyers and sellers throughout Orange County. An independent company--Talega Valley Realty-- was established to offer specialized service to the Talega Community of San Clemente where they have resided since the community first opened in 2000. EXPERIENCE

Dan Hoeller: Dan has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology form the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. Dan has been actively involved in real estate sales and financing since 1988. Prior to his career in real estate, Dan held various Supervisory and Management level positions in Personnel and Human Resource Management in high-tech aerospace and electonics companies in Orange County.

Azie Ghafari: Azie has been a licensed real estate sales agent since 1980. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Microbiology and a Master's Degree in Business Administration--with an emphasis on marketing--from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Prior to her real estate career she was employed in research and teaching positions in Microbiology and Endocrinology.
